How does hiring work?
RENT, WEAR, RETURN
1. Choose a garment via our website
2. Select your desired dates via our live online booking calendar
3. Proceed to check out
4. Select either ‘Local Collection’ or ‘Express Return Shipping’
5. Collect the garment at the agreed date and time or receive the garment via post
6. Wear the garment, tag @onlydesignerhire on instagram in your posts & stories! Use code RETURNCLIENT for $ off your next hire ♡
7. Return the garment on the agreed day by 6pm, or via post by 4pm the following business day
Where are you located?
We are based in New Farm, Brisbane. Our home address is not published online for privacy reasons. We will provide you with our address 24 hours prior to collection via email or text
Do you offer try on's?
We have limited try on availability, please reach out via email (hire@onlydesignerhire.com) or instagram to organise a try on appointment. All try on appointments are held at our location in Windsor, Brisbane
Do you offer interstate try on's?
Unfortunately we do not offer interstate try on’s
Can I have a longer booking period than the website allows?
We generally can accommodate this! Please contact us via email or instagram before placing the booking to discuss
Do I need to clean the garment?
No, we handle all cleaning! Please ensure you carefully review our terms & conditions prior to hiring. We utilise a basic cleaning method, if the garment requires dry cleaning due to staining - we will be in touch. Please do not attempt to clean the garment yourself
What happens if I damage the garment?
We completely understand that accidents happen. Please notify us immediately if any damages have occurred and we will do our best to restore the garment to it's original state. If the garment is damaged beyond repair, you will be liable to pay the replacement value in line with our terms & conditions
When can I collect the garment?
For weekend hires, pick up is generally available from Thursday onwards. However, if you would like to collect earlier, we can absolutely accommodate this! Please reach out via instagram or email (hire@onlydesignerhire.com) to arrange this
When do I return the garment?
For local orders, you are required to return the garment by 6pm on the final day of your hire. We are more than happy to accomodate to a later drop off day & time, however this must be arranged prior to the hire period. For postage orders, you are required to lodge the garment back at an Australia Post store with the label & satchel provided before 4pm on the final day of your hire
What happens if I return the garment late?
Our garments have quick turnaround times between each hire therefore we rely on timely returns to ensure the following client receives their order in time. If you are unable to return your garment on the agreed day & time, please contact us to discuss. You will be charged a late fee of $20 p/day in line with our terms & conditions
