We offer express return postage Australia Wide! 
 
To opt for your order to be delivered via post, select 'Express Return Shipping' at the check out 
 
Please consider postage time frames prior to posting an order with us. For example, if you place a postage order on Thursday evening and need the garment for the Saturday, it most likely will not arrive in time. We can only offer a store credit in this instance 
 
As Australia Post cannot currently guarantee next day delivery, please place your order earlier than 3-4 business days before your selected date. All Western Australia & Rural orders must be placed 7 days in advance

Please ensure you keep the original postage bag as it is re-usable. Simply cut along the dotted lines on the back of the bag & stick the returns postage sticker provided over the top of the original sticker
We require our postage hires to be lodged back by 3 PM the following business day after your event (generally Monday). The parcel must be handed to an Australia Post attendant to receive immediate lodgement. You must ask the attendant for a lodgement receipt. Without this, there is no proof of postage 
Our postage hires must NOT be sent back in an Australia Post street box as there is no proof of postage. Any garments that are incorrectly sent back will incur late fees & replacement fees if the garment is missing 
 
If you require a longer hiring period, this must be pre-arranged with us prior to postage
  
Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds or credit notes for change of minds or any sizing issues as the garment is locked in specifically for you and is therefore unavailable for other customers to hire. Due to unique nature of the hiring industry, our returns policy has been modified accordingly
